Initial Consultation

Reception Decoration
(includes setup and tear down…does not include materials, lighting, flowers, etc)

Ceremony and Reception Decorations
(includes setup and tear down at ceremony, move everything to reception as well as setup
and tear down at reception… does not include materials, lighting, flowers, etc)

Day of Coordinating
*Create a Ceremony and Reception schedule with the couple at least two weeks prior to
the event.
*If allowed by the officiant, Conduct the Rehearsal as agreed upon with the couple.
*Transport all items to the Ceremony/Reception (cake knife, guest book, centerpieces,
unity candle etc.) and set up as discussed with the couple.
*Arrive at least two hours prior to the Ceremony, or earlier if needed, to greet and direct
vendors, remind the wedding party of their roles for the day and attend through the
completion to manage the Reception.
*Execute the day and have the vendors follow the itinerary.
*Keep the couple out of view of each other before the Ceremony if they wish
*Organize bouquets and pin on boutonnières and corsages.
*Ensure everyone involved, especially, the couple have everything they need to enjoy the
day.
*Oversee Ceremony and Reception and organize vendors and guests as needed.
*Collect and pack all things brought to the Ceremony site.
*Promptly respond to all questions and requests from vendors, wedding party and family,
so the couple can relax and enjoy their day.
*Keep the couple on schedule as much as possible and gather them when it is time for
events (dancing, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, etc.)
*Assist the photographer in organizing all parties involved to make pictures run in a timely
fashion.
*Disperse any and all money and tips to the vendors who contractually receive payment on
the day of the event.
$600 for

Month-of Coordinating
Everything included in Day-of Coordinating plus:
*Attend all final meetings with the couple.
*Go over all details within the contracts with the couple to ensure that the vendors adhere
to them on the day of the event.
*Contact all the vendors within 1-2 weeks of the wedding to finalize details.
$900 for

Assisted Planning
For the Couple who knows what they want and just need a bit of professional guidance
along the way.  Assisted Wedding Planning includes everything offered with Month-of
Coordinating and Day-of Coordinating plus:
*Give vendor recommendations to the couple.
*Attend vendor meetings with the couple such as photography, videography, floral,
ceremony and reception sites, etc.
*Assist in creating a calendar to keep the couple on track with their planning.
*Share ideas and tips to get the most out of your wedding budget.
*Help to create the theme, color palette and stationary plans for the wedding.
*Aid in creating and executing a wedding budget.
$1,500 for
